Fits like a glove, but I’ll probably mount it a little farther forward to maintain airflow. I’m hoping to mount it in a semi-removable way by cutting up a grill replacement. I only had one night race last season, but sorely needed some extra light for it.

The lightbar was cheap and part of a Cyber Monday deal, so I'm not expecting much, but it should be a fun project.

This reminds me of a first gen (‘05-’09ish) Chrysler 300 I saw. It had  the corny aftermarket mesh grill installed....and one of those bad boys behind it!! It was so bad it was good.

Also, am I the only one who thinks that those long rectangular holes in truck bumpers are made just for light bars? Except they’ve been doing those holes longer than light bars have been a thing, so that can’t be it. Hmm...

It’s tough, but a fun challenge.  We ran the same course during the day to minimize incidents. My times were a few seconds slower at night. I can live without the lights, but it will be a cheap, fun project.

Front plate remains in place. The light mount sandwiches between the plate and the bumper.
